The properties now known as Manor Farm, Manor Farm Lodge, Manor Farm Buildings, together with 309 acres of land were known as Park Farm up to 1939. The holding is shown clearly on the map attached to the particulars of the 1898 Sale of Maugersbury Manor Estate.
Park Farm was farmed by the Bartlett family in the 1880s and the Griffin family from 1916 to 1947. In 1939, the name changed to Manor Farm.
The sale of Manor Farm 1946 Manor Farm was sold off from the Maugersbury Manor estate in 1946. Documentation relating to this sale can be found below.
In 1947 the house, buildings and some of the land was purchased by Col. Brown and in 1949 Philip Lee bought it. The house at that time was divided in two and both parts were used variously by Philip Lee, Michael Lee and farm managers.
1967 saw the whole house being used by Michael and Barbara Lee and their family until its sale to JRN Properties in 2004.
