From 1945 Maugersbury Manor was owned by de Courcy and at some stage occupied by d’Agapeyeff. Work on it was done by Len Hill of Bourton on the Water. In 1960 it was bought by Charles and Lil Martin who ran a successful hay and straw haulage business until 1999. The manor was divided into apartments for holiday accommodation and in 2003 the flats became available for short term tenancies.
Maugersbury Manor was sold in 2016 when it was converted to a single residence once again.
