Park House was part of Maugersbury Manor until the sale of the manor in 1955 when it was sold as a separate lot.
This photograph shows the whole of Maugersbury Manor in 1947 when it can clearly be seen (on the left of the photograph) there was a further north wing.
In 1995 an office and garage was erected and in 2006 the house was extended.
