1 and 2 Manor Cottages were built by Philip Lee in 1951 as farm cottages. Following the sale of the Oxlease Farm land and buildings in 1999, the cottages were demolished in 2002 and Upsilon House was built and completed in 2004.
The photograph below was taken between 1980 and 2000. It shows Manor Farm Cottages (now rebuilt as Upsilon House), Green Cottage (now rebuilt) and Crescent Hill (now rebuilt).
