Willow Barn was once one of the main farm buildings on the Oxlease farmstead (described under Oxlease House). In the late 1940’s the farmhouse was bought by Norman Lawrence and his wife Marjorie, known as Madge, (nee Fisher). Norman Lawrence died in 1969 and Madge sold the property in 1974.
The barn was sold with planning permission for conversion for residential use in 2012. The small part of the barn at the north end was retained with Oxlease House.
